What's covered
From the date of purchase, we cover any manufacturing defect or damage from normal use. If any part fails due to a defect, we'll repair or replace it — free of charge, with us determining the most suitable solution.

Immediate Replacement Period
Purchased less than 30 days ago and noticed an issue? We'll replace the part immediately, no questions asked.

What's not covered
Any damage resulting from misuse, product modification, or use outside the home. All Cozy Snozy products are designed for indoor use only.

Warranty expired, or damage from misuse?
We still won't leave you hanging. Send us clear photos of the issue, and our team will assess the situation — repairs and part replacements are available for a nominal fee after review.
